In my redraft league this year I own the 1.4 pick . First 3 picks Im pretty sure will be Foster , McCoy, Rice . At 1.4 would you go A.Rodgers,R.Mathews,MJD,or C.Johnson ? Those are 4 Im thinking of at this point . In this league I always go RB/QB and it has been very successful over the years … This year if I go QB/RB it will be very weird to me because I will possibly miss out on a top RB ? Whatcha Think Guys ? CB

Moved this topic, it was in site news. no one goes there, lol.
To answer your question CB, #4 this year is really murky. Before the hold out I would have said MJD was the clear choice, but we all saw what happened to CJ2k when he missed camp last year. RBs especially need the work to get in a groove, and when you have the #4 pick, you don't get to pick again late until the 2nd round. That means you need rock solid production out of the gate from your 1st round pick. If MJD struggles the first month of the season, you could be stuck 0-4. Depends on your scoring system of course, but WR is so deep this year, plus I am a firm believer in the madden curse, that 1.4 is still too early for Calvin. I think the safest choice at 4 is Aaron Rodgers. You are guaranteed top flight production each week, and a solid piece you can build your team around. WR is seriously so deep, you could get rodgers and hope AP falls to you at the end of the 2nd, and gamble that way, or just get some decent committee backs. WR is so deep you could go QB/RB/RB and wait to draft your WRs until the 4th. You might even try to snag an elite TE like Graham in the 4th if he isn't off the board and not grab a WR until round 5. That would be my advice.

I'd go Brady… Just me but think he ends up as the #1 QB
Where the heck are people coming up with ideas like Jimmy G falling to the end of round 4? Gronk and Jimmy have ADP's of late one to late two depending on what site you enjoy. If one makes it to 2.9 I'd be tempted to grab one. Not a chance either will be available at 4.9.
I agree that WR is to deep to grab Calvin here…. even though he's stud. I'd probably go QB, WR, WR and draft a boat load of risky RB's in rounds 4-9. You should be set at QB and WR so you can really stock up… This of course will depend on if AD slides, or any other RB's slide

I think WRs are deeper than RBs this year and I love the WR talent I am seeing fall to the 5th, 6th, 7th+ rounds. I just went QB/RB/RB/RB (1.11 / 2.02) in Eggspurts and I am not fretting about not having a WR yet.
