I'd go Garcon. Pierre has really only been healthy in 3 games. He's gone 4 for 100 and a td, 4 for 80 and a td, 8 for 100 and a td.
I think he's closer to a #1 WR right now than a #3 WR that many sites seem to link him to.

I like the Skins a lot this weekend. & have like Garcon all year… just needs to stay in healthy & the sky is the limit… Ballard would be my #2 if Garcon cant go

another vote for Garcon, but I'd rank Dwyer ahead of Ballard – I like Ballard, but Bruce Arians is not a fan of the ground game & his RBs are always under-utilized

This. I'm starting Garcon in the league I own him in over Torry Smith, J Blackmon, D Alexander, Jordy(inj).
